1. Why are the shoes so expensive and how do you calculate your prices?
There are several reasons why our shoes are so expensive:
1. A large proportion of the shoes are imported from America, which results in high shipping costs.
2. We have our shoes checked particularly carefully.
3. The shoes are protected from theft in a specially secured warehouse.
Nevertheless, we are one of the cheapest sneaker retailers in Germany
2. How long do I have to return the shoes?
Shipment:
- Shipping from Germany
- Shipping only within Germany and Austria
- Insured shipping for each of our products
- Shipping may take 7-14 days
- Free shipping for orders over 250€
Return policy:
Most shoes do not have a 14-day return policy. If we do grant you one, please note the following:
- You can return the shoes without any reason - The shoe box must not be damaged
- The shoe must not show any signs of wear
- The shoe must be unworn - You must bear the shipping costs for returning the shoes.
- The payment of the money can take up to 1 month due to the inspection of the shoe.
- In most cases there is only a payout of about 80% of the purchase price.
According to §312g paragraph 2 sentence 1 no. 8 BGB, there is no right of return for shoes with strongly fluctuating prices.
3. Are these sneakers original and how is this guaranteed?
Yes, all of our shoes are original shoes and have been thoroughly checked in our Legit Check. We also only source our goods from wholesalers who have to guarantee authenticity.
4. When can I be sure that I will actually receive the sneaker?
You should actually get the shoes if you ordered and paid for them. Unfortunately, it can happen that there are price errors or that more is available than we actually have in stock. That's why we can cancel your order in an emergency up until it is shipped. But this shouldn't normally happen. If your order is canceled, you will of course get your money back.
