Return conditions :
As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a 14-day right of return on some shoes. Please note the following:
- You can return the shoes without any reason
- The shoe box must not be damaged
- The shoe must not show any signs of wear
- The shoe must be unworn
- You must bear the shipping costs for returning the shoes.
- The payout can take up to a month due to re-verification and normally only 80% of the purchase price will be paid out.

With the cancellation you have the option to terminate the purchase contract. As an end customer you have the option to cancel an online purchase within 2 days. After the 2 days have passed, it is no longer possible to cancel the delivery.
You have the right to cancel the contract within two weeks (14 days) without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you received the goods, i.e. on the day on which the delivery took place. You are obliged to hand over all items for which a cancellation exists (items with strong price fluctuations are excluded) to a shipping company within two weeks of cancellation (14 days). For the purpose of allocation, each return must be marked with the respective order. This can be done, for example, by placing a copy of the invoice in the shipping box or the order number on the shipping label. All products must be returned in full unless otherwise agreed. The seller reserves the right to assert claims for loss of value if the returned product is incomplete or damaged. You generally have the right to test, inspect or try on goods. Any use that goes beyond testing can result in claims for loss of value.

If you cancel a purchase agreement, we will only reimburse you 80% of the purchase value as a gesture of goodwill due to the resulting price fluctuations. (Section 312g Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 No. 8 BGB)
All shoes we offer are affected by the law. Our shoes are traded at real-time prices from the international market.
B2B: The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals. Commercial buyers - companies of all kinds - have no right to withdraw from the purchase.
