Returns and right of withdrawal

We grant a 14-day right of return. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the direct costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the customer. We do not provide a free return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or withdrawal cannot be clearly identified and may therefore not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a suitable solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, personalised items, or goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

We also do not accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges

Returning the item you have received is the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Instructions on withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, e.g., by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Alternatively, you can submit your withdrawal via our returns portal at returns.hypeneedz.com. If you make use of this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay, e.g., by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. This excludes any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
